Caution! Construction Zone.

Our lives have been under "construction" for the past year and we are excited to share some news with you from Pipestone:

1. We celebrated our 6 month wedding anniversary in April 2010!!

This might not seem like "construction" work but there has been a lot of changing and building of our relationship as we learn to be husband and wife :)

2. Isaac passed his Professional Engineering exam and he continues his 55 mile drive to work every morning.

After hours and hours and hours of studying (and even postponing our honeymoon), we got the exciting news that Isaac had passed his PE exam at the beginning of 2010. It takes a pretty smart guy to pass the PE on the first time.

3. I will celebrate my 1 year anniversary at Pipestone Veterinary Clinic in June.

It has been a fun-filled, full-of-learning first year...lots of changes and new experiences during my Thursday night’s on-call and weekends on-call!

4. And last but not least - We bought a new house!!

This is where the real construction starts! The kitchen currently has no cabinets, no sink and no running water. The living room has recently had the carpet ripped out and the base boards pulled off. Just some minor little projects we are working on in our free time :) Luckily we have had many friends and family volunteer to help us - we are enjoying all the home improvements...most of the time :)
YEAH!! OUR FIRST HOME
